- The problem
- Internal knowledge was scattered. People depended on someone else to find the answer.
- What I found
- The information lived across 10+ sources, with access governed by admin-managed roles.
- What I shipped
- An internal knowledge assistant using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) across those sources, behind role-based access.
- What changed
- Self-serve resolution went from the exception to the default.

- A five-step delivery flow added work at every customer stop.
- What I found
- Across onsite visits and driver ride-alongs, I saw duplicate data capture in the actual workflow.

- A streamlined delivery flow that removed the duplicate capture.
- What changed
- Drivers moved through each stop faster, with fewer steps to complete.

- The problem
- Merchants repeated business verification when onboarding with different payment processors.
- What I found
- A single know-your-business (KYB) submission could support underwriting across multiple processors.
- What I shipped
- One App: one submission for multiple processors, then an instant processor-switching capability.
- What changed
- Onboarding got noticeably faster for merchants, and processor switching lifted authorization outcomes.

I’m a product manager who stays hands-on with the people, the code, and the rollout.
At FleetPanda, I work on AI products for fuel distributors. I’m also a Graduate Assistant at Kellogg AI Labs, building an AI discovery agent for MBA students. Before that, I was an Associate Product Manager at TreezPay, working on payments infrastructure and compliance, and a software engineer at PaySwifter.
